The food drinks and staff were all great. Loved the bar area and enjoyed myself. I’ve been to sushi restaurants that are 3 times more expensive than here but only half as good as Osaka. High quality and taste, will definitely be back.

The place is very low key. Certainly good for family or friends dinning. I stopped by with my brother, and it didn’t disappoint. The food was very well portioned and fresh. They have a fairly good variety for both sushi and hibachi. The place is on the smaller size, so it has about 6-8 booth, and also tables and bar seating. If you have a big party you may want to call ahead. The service was prompt. They have a full bar.

When we moved to DFW from Torrance, CA, the first thing we did was scout the area for the best sushi joints. After many misses, we finally have found our favorite spots and Osaka Hibachi Sushi & Bar made that list. We've dined in at Osaka many times, both during lunch and dinner, and we always had a great experience regardless of dining time. I think we enjoyed the dinner vibe more, only because patrons get their drink on and that adds to the atmosphere and camaraderie. The service is impeccable and the food (sushi and sashimi are all we order) are one of the best and freshest we've had in the DFW area, without breaking the bank. It's also very kid friendly. Every time we dined here with our 7yo son, our host always give him a little trinket to take home (balloon toy, glow-in-the-dark toy watch, etc.). It's the little personable touch and attention to details to service that keeps us returning to Osaka. I think the owner (or manager, gentleman with a tie) checked up on us during one of our dinner dine-in, which added a nice touch. Our go-to dish is the Love Boat for two, while our son love their cheesecake tempura. The Love Boat contains 16 pieces of sashimi, 8 pieces of nigiri sushi with 1 California roll, 2 spicy tuna hand roll and 1 dragon roll including miso soup and salad starter. There is a full bar in the main dining area, so you can imbibe to your heart's desire straight after dinner (or during dinner). Fine sake list. Osaka is definitely one of our go-to sushi joint in the DFW area. If you're new to the area and are looking for a great sushi spot, give Osaka Hibachi Sushi & Bar a try, you won't regret it!

My family and I went in this past weekend and had a great time in the hibachi part! Our sever was great, very attentive with our drinks, always getting us everything we needed in a timely manner. Our hibachi chef kept us very entertained with all sorts of tricks, even offering a sake waterfall! I’m vegetarian and gluten free and they were able to make my meal perfectly. Not a single piece of meat and nothing gluten in it. My kids had a lovely time with the fire and loved seeing there food cooked in front of them! I would absolutely recommend coming here, especially if you want to celebrate a birthday , I saw them play the drums and sing for the birthday boy!

Outstanding Dining Experience at Osaka Hibachi Sushi & Bar! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We sat at the hibachi table, and the chef was both entertaining and skilled—flipping shrimp into our mouths and lighting the grill with flair! The hibachi steak and scallops were cooked to perfection, and the fried rice was flavorful and fresh. We also tried a few sushi rolls and they were beautifully presented and delicious—fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and creative combinations. The cocktails were top-notch, and the entire experience was fun, flavorful, and worth every penny. Highly recommend Osaka Hibachi Sushi & Bar for a night out with family, friends, or even date night. We’ll definitely be back!

It was our first time here, and it will not be our last! Helen was our server, and she was so attentive and nice. We had the sushi pizza, sashimi deluxe, and tonkatsu Don. Everything was delicious and fresh. We were still talking about it for days. We just moved here from Houston, where we had a regular sushi spot as well, so we are so happy to have found our replacement. We can't wait to go back.

Awesome little hibachi place. Very busy on a Saturday night which is always a good thing. Food was delicious and came out super quick. We did not get to enjoy the full hibachi grill experience, but found out you can make a reservation for that!

We went in for a birthday celebration for lunch and it was delicious! We loved the large selection of sushi and rolls. Our server was super helpful and funny! We had a great time and I'm bringing friends next time for those drinks!
